Cemetery Walk – Sunday, September 25 (rain date Oct 2) Volunteers are needed for assistance at the hall, to and from the cemetery, and while at the cemetery.
Ballard reunion – Sept 30 thru Oct 2 – Volunteers are needed for open house times at the Hall:

Friday 3:00 – 5:00
Saturday 7:00 – 9:00
Stories and photos for holiday showcase event (name needed)
Wedding dress exhibit (no report – keep on agenda for June 2012)
Recipes/memories/histories book (no report – keep on agenda for target date 2015)
